The 2009-2010 season marks an expansion of our roster of productions and artists for your Center Stage, Dance, Comedy, Holiday and Music series.

We welcome Center Stage productions: “Le Grand Cirque” and the Chinese Acrobats of Hebei. Our new Dance division features the highly acclaimed New York Theatre Ballet celebrating their 30th Anniversary, and rising tap dance star Andrew J. Nemr. Both dance companies are NEFA American Masterpiece Recipients.

The Family Entertainment division continues our second decade of representing the finest theatrical, music and cirque productions for children and families of all ages. Returning by popular demand are two Mad Science productions - “CSI LIVE! and “Newton’s Revenge”. New productions include Enchantment Theatre Company’s “The Adventures of Harold and the Purple Crayon,” Maximum Entertainment’s “Tomie dePaola’s Strega Nona”, and Griffin Theatre Company’s “Andrew Clement’s Frindle”. We are pleased to announce “The History of Word”, which captures the voices of today’s youth through hip-hop and spoken word poetry joins the BSO Roster. And look no further for the best kids’ music bands touring North America.

Get ready to laugh with our Comedy division sensations featuring the sell-out Nick at Nite’s Funniest Moms - “Mama’s Night Out”. Ventriloquist Kevin Johnson (America’s Got Talent & The Late Show with David Letterman), and a night of Irish memories with the McCourt Brother’s “A Couple of Blaguards.”

Jazz, new age and world music completes our 2009-10 line-up.
